Core training vs not core training

I thought my stomach stayed strong and flat because I had been running more regularly.

I take that back now.

I used to do some core strengthening training on the days I didn’t run in between my running days. I got lazy and stopped that and fizzled out to not doing anything on run-free days.

Now my stomach is an egg.

I’m sad.

I gotta work on my core again.
