Anxie-tea spilling all over
I feel really anxious when I have a lot of thoughts about things out of my control.
Do you feel that?
I catch breathing off guard and notice I don’t know how I was breathing just a second ago.
Do you do that?
I feel tears welling up and little cries escaping my body.
Do you feel that?
I catch myself having wasted hours doing things like browsing the internet and jumping between tasks and all that that I know I won’t remember 99% of what I “learned" or “did”.
Do you do that?
It’s hard. It can be all really hard.
But I look outside and notice how blue the sky is,
no matter how jumbled my brain is.
So not everything in my world is full of tea puddles.
Weirdly enough, that’s good to know.
